Από τις 21 έως τις 23 Απριλίου στην πόλη της Ελευσίνας στήνεται Πανηγύρι. Το πρωτοποριακό αυτό φεστιβάλ σε σύλληψη του σκηνοθέτη Σύλλα Τζουμέρκα «συνδιαλέγεται» με έναν θρησκευτικό, ιστορικό και πολιτιστικό θεσμό όπως είναι το πανηγύρι του Αγίου Γεωργίου (πολιούχου της πόλης), ενσωματώνοντας νέα χαρακτηριστικά στη συλλογική συνείδηση με ολοήμερες και ολονύκτιες κινηματογραφικές προβολές, δημόσιες ομιλίες έξι ωρών, VR περφόρμανς και ζωντανά γυρίσματα στον δημόσιο χώρο με στόχο τη δημιουργία δύο ταινιών, σε πραγματικό χρόνο, οι οποίες θα ολοκληρωθούν με τη συμμετοχή του κοινού, θα μονταριστούν επιτόπου και θα προβληθούν στη λήξη του φεστιβάλ.

MYSTERY 84 PANIGIRI

From the 21st to the 23rd of April a festival will be held in the city of Elefsina. This innovative festival conceived by the director Syllas Tzoumerkas “interacts” with a religious, historical, and cultural institution such as the Feast Day of Saint George (patron saint of the city), incorporating new features into the collective consciousness with all-day and all-night film screenings, six hours of public talks, VR performances and live filming in public space with the aim of creating two films, in real time, that will be finalised with the participation of the audience, edited on site and screened at the end of the festival.

Η ομαδική έκθεση Visions from the Underworld, σε επιμέλεια των Agprognostic Temple, έχοντας φιλοξενήσει ήδη περισσότερους από 2.000 επισκέπτες, ολοκληρώνεται το Σάββατο 8 Απριλίου. Όσοι και όσες βρεθούν, στις 3.33 μ.μ. ακριβώς, στο X-Bowling Art Center, θα ζήσουν την ξεχωριστή εμπειρία της αποκάλυψης του περιεχομένου του “κύβου του αγνώστου”, του έργου του πολυβραβευμένου γλύπτη Θεόδωρου, μέσα από μια ειδική τελετή, υπό την καθοδήγηση του καλλιτέχνη McCloud Zicmuse. Την ίδια μέρα λίγο νωρίτερα, από τις 11.00 έως τις 13.00, ο Zicmuse θα πραγματοποιήσει το workshop Preparing the Ways, μέσα από το παιχνίδι με αυτοσχέδια μουσικά όργανα, φωνητικές ασκήσεις και απλές χορογραφίες.

The group exhibition Visions from the Underworld, curated by Agprognostic Temple, having already hosted more than 2,000 visitors, ends on Saturday, April 8. As many as are found, at 3.33 p.m. exactly, at the X-Bowling Art Center, they will live the special experience of revealing the contents of the “cube of the unknown”, the work of the multi-awarded sculptor Theodoros, through a special ceremony, under the guidance of the artist McCloud Zicmuse. The same day a little earlier, from 11.00 to 13.00, Zicmuse will hold the Preparing the Ways workshop, through playing with improvised musical instruments, vocal exercises and simple choreographies.

Ο κύκλος «ΤΑ ΙΕΡΑ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙΑ» έρχεται να τιμήσει την ημέρα αυτή, η οποία φέτος συνδυάζεται, με ιδιαίτερα συμβολικό τρόπο, με τις παραδοσιακές ανοιξιάτικες τελετουργίες της Εβδομάδας της Διακαινισήμου μετά το Πάσχα.Στις 12.00 στην Πλατεία του Συνοικισμού των Ποντίων, ο Λάμπρος Λιάβας θα μιλήσει για το βαθύτερο νόημα και τις λειτουργίες των λαϊκών δρώμενων και των τραγουδιών αυτής της περιόδου.

MYSTERY 100 THE SACRED SONGS

In 2009, the United Nations designated 22nd of April as «International Mother Earth Day». The cycle «THE SACRED SONGS» aims to commemorate this day, and this year it is combined, in a particularly symbolic way, with the traditional spring rituals of the Week of Transcendence after Easter. At 12.00 at the Square of the Pontian Settlement Square, Lambros Liavas will speak about the profound meaning and functions of the folk events and songs of this period.
